Uniforte is a privately owned, fast growing organisation that specialises in change management solutions to mobilise any strategy, improvement or reform in an organisational or community setting.  Having commenced business as management consultants in 1992, we grew our time:fee based business into a product based business in 2008 with our first product, RIMER ... Managing Successful Change Professional Edition Manual, followed by the Diploma of Organisational Change Management in 2010 after we developed Australia's National Competency Standards in Organisational Change Management. 

Our clients include such government and private enterprise organisations as QR, CITEC, QR National, Ergon Energy, Westpac, Coles Myer, Queensland Audit Office, Department of Communities, Justice and Attorney-General, Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, Church of Christ Care, Department of Corrective Services, Department of Infrastructure and Planning, Department of Health and the list is growing.

We have partnering relationships to deliver services with Queensland University of Technology, Australian Institute of Management, Interlink Technologies, Information Professionals, Management Effect, Trevor-Roberts & Associates and Janellis.

We are regular guest lecturers in Master of Business Administration programs at Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University, Queensland and at Euromed, Marseille, France.

Our people have Masters qualifications in business, executive coaching, communications and counselling, education and project management..
