We deliver Change Management Training in several ways to suit your needs. Please select from the following options:

  • Participants can attend a formal course and earn the RIMER ... Managing Successful Change Professional Qualification, equipping the professional with every asset required to be successful. 
  • Participants can learn during a project, through our Coaching Program or Change Leadership Group Practitioners Forum.
  • Organisations can learn through a regular Knowledge Management forum, learning the RIMER Method and sharing experiences and solutions with other organisations at the Corporate Resilience RoundTable.

Participants gain access to a community of peers, content, models, change management toolkits, inspiration and implementation support to advance their most important goals quickly through their chosen learning option.

Option 1. RIMER ... Managing Successful Change Professional Qualification

Provides participants with a Professional Change Management Qualification to manage change projects.  Download your copy of the Course Outline here.  At the completion of change management training, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the purpose and importance of the Change Manager as a change catalyst, be able to apply different behavioural models in that role, and lead a change team
  • Demonstrate how the change team and project team can provide an integrated solution through the change journey to realise the benefits of the change
  • Demonstrate how the RIMER change management model can be used to achieve change at personal and project levels, so that individuals and organisations are empowered to make and sustain change in a coherent and risk avoidance manner
  • Design a change management program, progressing through the start-up, assess and plan, design and test, implement, monitor and review, and benefits realisation phases.
