See dates at right to find a course in your Australian State.

How long does it take to complete?

Between 3 months and 2 years.

What do I need to be accepted?

As this is not a beginner's course, related qualifications and / or work experience are required.  Enquire now and receive the Entry Level Criteria.

What are the fees?

We reward you if you enrol early because it helps us with our planning.  Enquire now and receive the fee structures.  It's about the same as undertaking high quality, formal qualifications in Project Management.

How do I enrol?

Enquire now to receive an Enrolment Form.

How does it compare with other change management training programs?

There are many entry level courses, but very few professional courses.  Enquire now to receive a summary.

Why do I receive one qualification and two accreditations?

The Diploma is your final reward for your work.  There are two steps along the way.  The first accreditation rewards your knowledge and 50% Diploma completion.  Employers are now demanding formal Change Management qualifications and you'll be able to meet that demand. The second accrediation rewards your competency and completion of the Diploma, acknowledging your professional status.   Further, given that RIMER is the National Competency Standard, any other course will be second best, so you'll always have a competitive advantage.

What happens if I don't finish the Diploma or don't want to study a Diploma?

Choose between the Non-Diploma and Diploma course.  They are the same, minus the full assessment.

Finish the first assessment to become a RIMER Certified Practitioner, accredited to practice the national competency standards in organisational and community change management.  You can come back in the future and complete the rest, with 50% advanced standing.

What's the food like?

Nothing short of terrific!

Will it be fun?

Of course!  Laughter is the shortest distance between new friends.

How will I be supported?

You'll learn and apply new skills, knowledge and behaviours in a live change project environment, applying the Change Management Methodology from the RIMER ...Managing Successful Change Professional Edition Manual. A copy is licensed to each candidate.  You'll also have worked based coaching.  We also go the extra mile to ensure that you make the transition to becoming a professional change manager.

Am I eligible for a credit transfer or RPL?

Students with Project Management qualifications are eligible for credit transfer.

Recognition of Prior Learning is an option.

RIMER Accreditation, Change Management Certificates and Certification

Students of the Diploma or the RIMER Certified awards attend the same program.  Upon completion of the first assessment, students are awarded the RIMER Certified Practitioner (RIMER CP) accrediation and upon completion of the Diploma, also receive the RIMER Certified Professional (RIMER CPP) accreditation.

Project Management BSB51413

The DIP OCM provides training equivalent to some elective units in BSB51413 Project Management, which means that you can upgrade your Diploma of Project Management to the new standard, while undertaking the Diploma of Organisational Change Management, giving you two for the price of one qualifications - an even more significant competitive advantage in the market place.  Alternatively, if you already hold these units, you will receive a Recognition of Prior Learning in the Diploma of OCM.  Call us on 07 3878 9666 for more information.
