The Diploma is based on the academic research of 65 authors and practical application in the work place. The Diploma turns theory into practical, project-based change management.
Course candidates will learn and apply new skills, knowledge and behaviours in a live change project environment, applying the Change Management Methodology from the RIMER ...Managing Successful Change Professional Edition Manual. A copy is issued to each candidate.
The Manual provides comprehensive and scalable change project tools and templates to ensure candidate success in the workplace.
The Methodology can be used to establish the organisation's change management methodology to partner with PRINCE2, MSP and PMBOK project and program management methods, aligns with SFIA, the Business Excellence Framework, Australian Quality and Risk Standards and the Change Management Institute Standards.

Apply for Recognition of Prior Learning
The National Australian Quality Training Framework terms of Recognition of Prior Learning apply to the Diploma of Organisational Change Management.
We are currently working with non-accredited change management training providers to support a smooth transition for their students into a formal change managment vocational pathway via the Diploma of Organisational Change Management.
Change management training providers are invited to submit proposals for RPL assessment.
Accredited Change Management Institute Members are invited to apply.
