About the Practitioner's Forum

The program provides an interactive action learning experience with other Change Leaders.  Change Leaders are involved in initiatives, programs or projects and include executives, managers, sponsors, steering committee members, program directors, project managers and change managers.

The objectives of the Forum are to build just-in-time participant capability as effective change leaders and change agents.

The outcomes enable participants to manage current change initiatives while building their capability and professional networks.

The process addresses current project issues and concerns in a knowledge management, small group, action learning environment, applying contemporary approaches that are embedded in the RIMER ... Managing Successful Change Methodology.

Features

Members’ investment includes:

  • Two teleconference sessions per month for ten months of the year between February and November or as negotiated. 
  • Groups set their own timetable. 
  • Preparation materials, special readings, audios, homework . 
  • Group sizes are between 7 and 10 members per session, to allow active participation and value from each session.  
  • Anonymity is optional.
