This core capability at Executive and operational levels, has given Uniforté a robust life, going from one opportunity to another, quickly pivoting our business as the world around us changed.   First as Management Consultants, then as Change Managers supporting various types of projects and programs of work, then as innovators, teachers and coaches specialising in change management education, and currently as Consultants and Coaches supporting organisations through all that they must do to keep up with a rapidly changing world, much of which is beyond their control, as floods, fires, pandemics, rampant technology, global competition, ecomomics, politics and legislation, demographics, society and cultures reshape their landscape.

Our founder and Managing Director, Christina Dean's career is one long story of finding better ways to achieve better results for organisations and their people. 

In her quest for better results, better work experience, and better stakeholder engagement, Christina wrote the RIMER ... Managing Successful Change Professional Edition (2009).  RIMER incorporates and systematises the best principles of Business Management, Project Management, Change Management, ethical frameworks and healthy cognitive functioning to managing change.  RIMER integrates with other disciplines to delivery change and its benefits.


Then she embedded RIMER in Industry Standards and Professional Tertiary Education for career Change Managers from entry to Masters Level.  RIMER has been adopted as Best Practice by industry leaders.


Then we developed resilient and thriving Change Managers.
