Our Founder and Leader, Christina Dean, a Results-Oriented Change Agent, has a career of working with senior leaders turning their professional, business reform and transformations into success stories.
With global failure rates of 90% for Corporate Strategy execution, 70% for Project implementations, and 75% for Employee Engagement, there was plenty of room for improvement.
Christina has been deeply invested in getting better results.
In 2009, Christina wrote the RIMER Managing Successful Change Methodology for Professional Change Managers. In 2010, she applied RIMER to develop Australia's first National Competency Standards in Organisational Change Management (OCM) and wrote Australia's first Diploma of OCM.
In 2012, she successfully influenced the Human Resource Management Institute to adopt Change Management as a HR core competency, which effectively integrated HR and Corporate Performance. As a result, in 2016, all Australian Universities offered upgraded HRM Courses, which created a formal career path for Change Managers from entry level to Masters Level Education. Other countries followed.
By 2012, Christina had also influenced National Project Management competencies and Project Management Industry Associations. This led to the inclusion of change-related competencies in global Project Management education.
In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic stopped the world. Our RIMER has been the much needed business growth partner since 2010 and is the resilient backbone of social and economic recovery.
